Defining NRI Quota

The Supreme Court mandates that up to 15% of seats in private/deemed universities can be reserved for NRIs, PIOs, OCIs, and NRI-sponsored candidates.

Who Can Sponsor?

Only first-degree blood relatives can act as sponsors. This includes:

  • Parents
  • Real Brother/Sister
  • Real Uncle/Aunt
  • Grandparents

Critical Documents Required

Without the Embassy Certificate, your NRI application will be rejected immediately.

1. Sponsor's Passport and Visa

2. Relationship Affidavit

3. Embassy Certificate

4. Sponsor's Bank Statements
